Cloud7's lightweight carrier for small dogs or puppies is made entirely from recycled materials and is machine washable and padded with sustainable Eco Puffer.

This dog carrier is ideal when out and about with a dog that can't walk far (or a puppy who's not yet been fully vaccinated). It transforms into a safe and comfortable nest for dogs no matter the situation. Great in restaurants, hotels or on the go.
Made from recycled PET plastic and a soft inner lining, this carrier is built for warmth during colder months.
Bag can be hand-washed.
Let the wet bag dry lying flat on the drying rack. Shake the bag several times after washing to loosen up the eco puffer filling.

When should I expect my order to arrive?
Our team packs every order as soon as possible after it comes in so most orders should be on their way to you by the next day. The only day we are closed is Mondays. We ship all orders with a 1 to 2 business days service.
I'm not sure about sizing. What should I do?
Our team is happy to advise you on sizing to ensure a great fit when you receive your order. Have your dog's measurements to hand and just give us a call or drop us an email.
How do I exchange products from my order?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us by phone or by email. We will be able to hold the requested item until we receive your return. As soon as your return is with us, we will post the exchange to you.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns so you will therefore need to cover costs of returning any items to us yourself. Please return any items unused, in their original packaging and with their labels still attached.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship every order from our boutique in Wimbledon Village, London.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We don't currently deliver outside the UK but plan to in the future.
