How to Wash?
Before getting your dog in the bath, start by giving them a good brush to loosen the coat. Wet your dog all over with warm water (the same sort of temperature you would shower in) then apply a few pumps of Dog Wash to create a generous lather. Wash the whole body, avoiding the eyes. At George’s we usually give dogs a good massage at this stage. Rinse well to make sure there’s no product left in the coat. Repeat for extra grubby coats. If product enters eyes, rinse with water. Dry ears carefully after bathing (avoid getting water in there during the bath! We sometimes put cotton balls in our dogs’ ears).

When should I expect my order to arrive?
Our team packs every order as soon as possible after it comes in so most orders should be on their way to you by the next day. The only day we are closed is Mondays. We ship all orders with a 1 to 2 business days service.
I'm not sure about sizing. What should I do?
Our team is happy to advise you on sizing to ensure a great fit when you receive your order. Have your dog's measurements to hand and just give us a call or drop us an email.
How do I exchange products from my order?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us by phone or by email. We will be able to hold the requested item until we receive your return. As soon as your return is with us, we will post the exchange to you.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns so you will therefore need to cover costs of returning any items to us yourself. Please return any items unused, in their original packaging and with their labels still attached.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship every order from our boutique in Wimbledon Village, London.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We don't currently deliver outside the UK but plan to in the future.
